Productivity
Our productivity will be affected by our mental and physical wellbeing; change of work environment, routines and communication channels; isolation and the pressure of trying to achieve output or outcomes when our foundations have been shaken.
It's important to remember that small steps or decisions can create big changes. We generally overestimate what we can achieve in a day and underestimate what we can achieve in a year.
Taking at least one action every day towards an end goal and by focusing on what's most important will create the most impact.
'Where attention goes energy flows' so try to keep focused on a positive outcome. We all need to be able to show up with the right energy to be productive and inspire others. What will allow you to show up in your full energy?
