Mindful thoughts
Take a walk today and make it a mindful one....
What am I aware of? Trees, sounds, smell of the flowers, feeling of the warmth of the sun
What do I accept? Accepting how you feel today, accepting the tasks that need to be done. Try to observe and accept these feelings with friendly curiosity and without judgement.
Bring awareness to the breath....slow breathing in and out
Say an affirmation... turn your thoughts in a more positive direction for example, I can feel free, I can find happiness in this situation
What's positive? Anything to lighten your thoughts...the sun is shining, I am able to walk outside, I am connected to friends, family and colleagues even if I cannot see them
Remember self compassion and talking to yourself as you would to a good friend.
