Self Compassion
Treat yourself with the same kindness and support you would to a good friend.
Particularly in tougher times be self compassionate and not self critical....with personal challenges we want to be the voice of an ally to ourselves, not the voice of the enemy because it will make us stronger.
Be your own great supportive coach and say to yourself kindly 'I believe in you.'
Be mindful how you relate to yourself and what the effect on you is.
Ask yourself what do I need to support myself in this moment? Reassure ourselves we are not alone.
Self compassion is necessary to sustain compassion for others.
